Heartbroken, Souma seeks the advice of the school nurse, Mizushiro Hazuki. However, instead of simple emotional support, the nurse offers him a mysterious pill that is meant to boost his "attractiveness." She claims that anyone who touches his bodily fluids will experience an explosive, uncontrollable orgasm. In a fateful turn, the nurse then has sex with Souma, during which their encounter is discovered by the teacher, Rinne. This sets off a ten-day "proof of love" ultimatum, during which the nurse vows to release an incriminating video unless Rinne accepts Souma's feelings.
