It was the feature directorial debut of Srđan Spasojević, who co-wrote the film with Aleksandar Radivojević. The plot follows Miloš, a retired and financially struggling porn star living in Serbia with his wife and young son. He is lured out of retirement by a charismatic and mysterious filmmaker named Vukmir, who offers him the chance to star in a high-profile "art film". Miloš quickly discovers that he is not making an art film, but has been trapped and drugged to perform in a snuff film. The project spirals into an unimaginable nightmare of sexual violence, pedophilia, incest, necrophilia, and murder, forcing Miloš to go to horrific lengths to protect his family.
