In a landmark case, a Chinese court ruled in CLO’s favor in a multi-year legal battle against Linctex (the maker of Style3D), recognizing large-scale commercial piracy. The court dismissed Linctex’s "fair use" defense, stating the software's use had a direct commercial purpose and ordered them to compensate CLO.
