New users frequently confuse mcpx-1.0.bin with the main Xbox BIOS (often named Complex_4627v1.03.bin ). They serve entirely different purposes.

MCPX boot ROM image is required. Please place mcpx-1.0.bin in the data folder.
So I deleted the wrong file. Dragged the correct one back. Renamed it mcpx-1.0.bin . Restarted.
