Eight months after the events of the first film, the ambitious Genji Takiya (Shun Oguri) has finally united the warring factions of the notorious Suzuran All-Boys High School under his GPS (Genji Perfect Seiha) alliance. But his victory is hollow. He is still driven by an obsession to defeat the school's legendary, near-mythical fighter, Rindaman (Nobuaki Kaneko), a rival he can’t seem to overcome. The story escalates when a former Suzuran student, Sho Kawanishi, is released from a reformatory. Years earlier, he had killed a member of the rival Hosen Academy, and now the "Army of Killers" is out for blood. When Genji comes to Kawanishi's aid, he unknowingly breaks a long-standing non-aggression pact between the two schools, sparking an all-out war that forces the rival gangs of Suzuran to unite against their most dangerous external enemy yet.
