Just spent the last hour trying to get my Deluxe Edition content to work and finally found the fix for the dreaded "Unauthorized" status on the DLCs (Black Emporium, Exiled Prince, etc.).
: Log into Dragon Age Keep, navigate to Career > Dragon Age II > DLC , and ensure your content is marked as authorized. Use the "Sync Career" button in the top right to push these changes to your account. Manual XML Edit : Locate Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age 2/Settings/addins.xml .
