A license key bought for Syncaila 1.x or 2.x will generally not activate Syncaila 3.x unless you purchased an upgrade.
Open Syncaila and look at the top menu bar or the section to find your current version number.
Check the very beginning and the absolute end of the key string. Delete any blank spaces or line breaks.
