The film takes place in South Korea and revolves around Jaebeom (played by Rain), a skilled ninja who is trained from a young age to become a deadly assassin. After completing his mission, Jaebeom attempts to leave the organization but is forced to go on the run when his former comrades turn against him. He soon finds himself in Berlin, Germany, where he befriends a beautiful young woman named Mie (played by Moon Sori).
