Unlike mainstream horror or gore, Dolcett’s artwork did not focus on chaotic violence. Instead, it depicted highly ordered, clinical, or celebratory scenarios where attractive, cooperative, or helpless women were prepared as gourmet meals for a banquet. The clean, comic-book art style juxtaposed with the extreme subject matter created a distinct aesthetic.
