The original retail versions of Manhunt 2 were heavily censored with red execution filters, blurring, and cut camera angles to avoid an Adults Only (AO) rating. Extra Quality packages use modified ISOs that strip away these filters, letting you view the raw, visceral executions as the developers originally intended.
