If you tell me what specific error message your printer is showing, I can tell you if you need to use the Adjustment Program or simply replace the Maintenance Box . Is the printer light flashing, or is a code on the screen? Have you already tried any software?
While software resets the counter, the physical pads can still overflow. It is recommended to clean or replace the actual maintenance box physically.
: Temporarily turn off real-time protection to allow the program to run. Run Program : Connect the printer via USB and open the tool.
If your prints are streaky after a reset, go to Maintenance > Power Cleaning . Note that this consumes a large amount of ink. Maintenance Box Replacement
