Look for recent comments. If everyone is reporting "Phone verification required" or "Session blocked," skip it.
Google doesn't just look at your IP address. It creates a of your device using hundreds of data points—your screen resolution, operating system, installed fonts, browser plugins, time zone, language, and even how your graphics card renders text. When your script attempts to create a thousand accounts, Google's systems see that they all share the same unique device fingerprint. Even using incognito mode or clearing cookies will not defeat fingerprinting.
