Tvst2903 Firmware Upgrade Fix

Some firmware updates unlock hidden capabilities, such as 1440p@60fps or even 4K@30fps passthrough with better color fidelity (RGB vs. YUV).

Use the same flasher tool to “Read Version.” It should display the new version number.
