At the mansion, Sam (Rose McIver) and Jay (Utkarsh Ambudkar) are making plans for their new restaurant, needing Isaac's crucial input on tile choices for the flooring (he is a silent partner after all). However, a frantic search begins when the ghostly residents realize Isaac is nowhere to be found. After some suspicious behavior from the basement ghosts, particularly Nancy (Betsy Sodaro), the terrible truth comes to light: Patience, a feral and lonely spirit, has pulled Isaac into the dirt realm beneath the mansion.
