: These folders contain the actual text, graphics, and data translations (e.g., ENG for English, ESP for Spanish, FRA for French, GER for German).

Look for a line that says Language= or LangID= .

If the user interface loads but all buttons, menus, and vehicle descriptions are completely blank, the software cannot find the translation database.
