Despite the progress, Sri Lankan school girls face several challenges. Issues such as educational disparities, especially in rural areas, and societal expectations can limit their potential. However, these challenges also present opportunities for growth and intervention. Efforts to bridge the educational gap, promote gender equality, and provide vocational training are underway, aiming to empower girls to pursue their dreams and aspirations.
